Sprints

Plan a sprint, set capacity, start it, and close it. One sprint is active at a time.

Sprint states

A sprint is Planned, then Active, then closed. A project has one active sprint.

  1. Create a sprint with a name and start and end dates. Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers can plan.
  2. Add ready backlog items to the planned sprint. Hours on each item are shown next to the key.
  3. Set team capacity: working days, leave, and allocation. Capacity can be edited while the sprint is planned or active.
  4. Start the sprint. Only a Product Owner or Scrum Master can start or close it.
  5. Change scope during the active sprint when you have that permission. Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers can.
  6. Complete the sprint. If anything is still open, send it back to the backlog, move it to a planned sprint, or create the next sprint and move it there.

After the sprint

Open Reviews after the sprint is completed, pick it, and save the review summary. Then open the retrospective. Report charts for that sprint use the events stored while it was running.
