Project intake

Project Managers and Platform Administrators can draft and submit intake. Other roles see only intakes they submitted earlier, until a Platform Administrator grants Project Manager under Users.

1. Open Intake and enter a short title and summary. Save a draft at any time.
2. Submit the draft from the intake detail page.
3. A Platform Administrator opens Intake review. They can ask for information, defer, reject, or approve.
4. Approval provisions the project and nominates a Product Owner and a Scrum Master. You then find it under Projects if you were added as a member.

Statuses are Draft, Submitted, Under review, Needs information, Approved, Rejected, and Deferred. A deferred request can return to review.
