Documents

Project pages stay as private drafts until a Product Owner or Scrum Master publishes a version.

Drafts and published pages

Any project member can create and edit a page. The draft autosaves and stays visible to its editor. If someone publishes a newer version while you are editing, your draft is kept so you can reconcile it. Product Owners and Scrum Masters publish, restore a version, organize the tree, and archive. Archiving a page hides its children.

Find a page

  • Browse the page tree on Documents.
  • Search published pages, or switch the search scope to My drafts.
  • Import a .docx file to create a new unpublished draft. Images and Word comments in the file are not carried over.

If Documents is blank, the feature is turned off for this environment. Ask a Platform Administrator.
