Reviews and retrospectives

Complete the sprint first. Product Owners and Scrum Masters then save the review: a summary of at least a few sentences, plus optional stakeholder notes, kept with that sprint.

A Product Owner or Scrum Master opens a transparent retrospective. Every project member can see and discuss the notes while the board is open. Notes refresh on the page. Closing the retro stops live updates and keeps the record.

1. Open Reviews, choose the completed sprint, and save the review summary.
2. Save the review summary.
3. Open the retrospective. Add notes under Went well, Did not go well, Idea, or Action.
4. Track follow-up actions, including ones carried from the previous sprint. Open actions also appear on project reports.
